This "RAPAR" Car Parking Sensor System consists of a buzzer, a control unit and sensors, the control unit gets its power from the reverse light source. It's just like many new vehicles with parking systems installed, this kit is complete with a buzzer alert system, it's no display unit that is placed on your dashboard etc. When obstacles are detected, an audible bee...Bee...Is sounded alerting you to obstacles in your path. 

How it works: 
The rear ultrasonic sensors transmit a "narrow beam" signal. When this signal strikes a solid target directly in the path of the host vehicle, it bounce back to the receiver(same sensors as transmitting). The signals are then sent to and processed by microcomputer and shown on the buzzer.

Automatically activates as soon as you engage into reverse gear.
